Close your TopRate Transfer account

How to close your account

Choose whichever is easiest. Each one closes the same account.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open the TopRate Transfer app and sign in.
2. Go to Account, then Support & Legal.
3. Tap Close account and confirm.

Option 2: on this page

1. Enter the mobile number on your account and we’ll text you a code.
2. Enter the code and your TopRate PIN to sign in.
3. Read what happens, tick to confirm, and choose Close my account.

Option 3: by email

If you can’t sign in, email support@topratetransfer.com.au with the subject “Close my account”, from the email address on your account if you can, and include the mobile number on your account. We’ll check that the request comes from the account holder before we close the account.

If you have a transfer in progress, we recommend waiting until it has completed before you close your account.

What happens when you close your account

• Your account is closed straight away.
• You can no longer sign in or send money with it, in the app or on the web.
• You can’t reopen a closed account yourself in the app.
